Primary Care Locality Manager Advert

The Eastern Primary Care Collaboration Board of Devon serves a diverse population of approximately 415,000 people. The Board is made up of 11 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) representing 48 practices. The practices have a strong history of working collaboratively since before the introduction of PCNs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to work with all of our stakeholders and play a pivotal role in helping us to develop and deliver high-quality integrated care across our locality.
With the development of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and the strengthening of primary care within the Local Care Partnerships (LCPs), an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locality Manager to help the Board further develop and deliver its ambitions of placing primary care at the heart of integrated care.
This role is about strong leadership and collaboration.
