FORCE Cancer Charity’s support centres may be temporarily closed but there are still plenty of services that people affected by cancer can access. FORCE staff are still working to help local people dealing with a cancer diagnosis during the Coronavirus pandemic and they are encouraging you to call for advice and support. Postponed until further notice East Devon Health are inviting applications from students at the end of their GCSE year, to attend a week’s work experience program run by the GP’s in East Devon. This program will include lectures on careers as GP’s, life as medical students and advice on how to get into medical school, followed by 4 days in a GP practice in East Devon, observing doctors and nurses working in general practice.
